What is the Giving Legacy?  In 2005, when Hurricane Katrina devastated the Louisiana coast, 3.5 billion dollars of aid was generously given to help those citizens rebuild.  Christopher Riley was working with a charitable organization helping elderly and disabled citizens repair their homes when they did not possess the resources to do so.  None of the homeowners that HopeBUILDERS had on their list received any aid from across the country to help those citizens in Kansas City with their pressing issues.  Riley decided to change that.

The Giving Legacy Radio show  educates and connects Americans to help rebuild sustainable communities in America in the wake of our national debt and economic crisis.  How are we going to rebuild our communities as federal and state funds are depleting?  How are we going to continue to take care of our most vulnerable citizens while continuing to bolster the economy and stimulate growth?  The Giving Legacy Plan addresses how we the people can reclaim economic sustainability in the United States for the generous and noble people that our founding fathers risked their lives for.  Giving Legacy Radio is dedicated to fulfilling this mission by bringing education and collaboration to the American people so the children of tomorrow can have their shot at life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
